Is there a minimum quantity for ordering Goodie Bags / PartyFavors?
Yes, you must order a minimum of 15 sets for our Goodie Gift Sets. If your required celebration goodie gifts is lesser, text us at our WhatsApp business account at +65-80895618 and we will try our best to help fulfil your order.
How many days in advance must I place my order?
To avoid disappointment, we advise that you place your order 3 weeks in advance.
For birthday presents, please pre-order 30 days in advance to enjoy lower pricing. We pass the savings from lower freight charges back to our customers.
Whatshould I do if I need my order urgently?
If you have an urgent order, you may text us at our WhatsApp business account at +65-80895618 and we will try our best to help fulfil your order.
Do you have a physical storefront where I can browse the actual products?
No. Currently we are strictly available online only.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No. All payment must be made to confirm the order. Our delivery personnels do not handle any form of cash transaction.
My purchase is a gift, can you remove the invoices and receipt from the package?
Yes, select the gift option upon check out and no receipts will be included in the package.
I have accidentally put in the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
Yes, please text us at our WhatsApp business account at +65-80895618, and include your order number and the correct delivery address within 1 hour of placing your order. If you let us know any later, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address will be rectified.
