Standard Orders
- All standard orders will be processed within 7 business days.
- For large orders related to bigger events, please contact us on WhatsApp at +65-80895618 to confirm processing time before placing your order. You may also place an order in advance and contact us via email or WhatsApp to arrange a later dispatch date.
Dispatch Details
- Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery within Singapore
- Self Packed Gift Box: SGD$5 per order.
- Readily Packed Gift Box Delivery: SGD$10 per order.
- Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Additional charge of SGD$10 for delivery to Jurong Island, Tuas, and Sentosa.
Note:
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. However, we will assist in resolving any issues with the courier partners.
- We do not offer PO Box delivery, as a signature is required upon delivery.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If a wrong delivery address is provided and the item is sent back to us, a re-shipping fee of SGD$10 will be charged for each additional attempt. This also applies if we deliver to a hospital and the patient has been discharged.
